Warburton

Feathered Forests & Platypus Trails

Located in the beautiful Yarra Valley, an easy 1.5- hour trip from the heart of Melbourne is the historic old timber town of Warburton, where the forest abounds with many bird species. Raptors, Honeyeaters, Kingfishers and many more species are on offer and in spring and summer, Platypus sightings are not uncommon.


Pickup point is Boronia railway station at 6.30am and we return around 5.00pm
 

Tour includes:

  • Transport to and from Boronia

  • Guided birdwatching at several sites in the Warburton area.

  • Lunch and morning tea can be purchased locally or bring your own.

Cost: $320 per person. Minimum 2 people, small customised tours up to 7 people.
